Job Description

As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting eye examinations to detect vision problems and diagnosing diseases related to the eyes based on symptoms. You will prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids to improve patients" vision. Additionally, you will provide pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery and educate them on proper eye care techniques. Maintaining detailed patient records and charts will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Doctor of Optometry degree and possess a valid state optometry license. A strong knowledge of optometry practices and procedures is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills will help you provide the best possible care to your patients.,
