Role Description

This is a full-time Optitex Pattern Master role based on-site in Ludhiana. The Optitex Pattern Master will be responsible for creating and optimizing patterns using Optitex software, ensuring accuracy and quality of patterns, collaborating with the design and production teams, making necessary adjustments to patterns, and maintaining detailed records of all pattern changes and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Optitex software and pattern making
• Experience in garment manufacturing and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pattern creation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
• Relevant degree or diploma in fashion design, garment technology, or related field
