Job Title: Optimizely CMS developer

Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience Range: 7 to 15 years

Mode of Interview : Virtual

Required Technical Skill Set :

7+ years of experience in web development, with a minimum of
3-year hands on development in Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver CMS).
Strong proficiency in .NET core, C#, and MVC frameworks.
Strong understanding of other Optimizely products( Commerce, personalization, campaign, web experimentation, etc)
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJS, Nuxt JS).
Extensive experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Optimizely CMS/Commerce solutions.
Proven ability to lead a development team, with excellent mentoring and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and web analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have
• Optimizely CMS/Commerce certification.• Experience with headless commerce architectures.• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
