Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Executive-Optical

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Strictly follow the instructions of Asst. Retail Store Manager & Retail Store Manager in prospective of organizational growth.

2. Assist the Asst. Retail Store Manager, Retail Store Manager, Sr. Optical Consultant in operational activities.

3. Need to take over the responsibilities of Sr. Optical Consultant in his absence.

4. Attending morning meeting and Understand sales and targets for the day.

5. Self Sales review & discuss with team mates in daily meeting.

6. Acquiring proper Product Knowledge, patient Services, IT Training and need to develop inter personal skills.

7. Participating in healthy competition for achieving self as well as store target.

8. Motivate the staffs to achieve the target sets with positive way.

9. Loss prevention and shrinkage control.

10. Work on discipline setting for the team and ensure support to achieve it.

11. Ensure smooth functioning of work with the team with good interpersonal relationship.

12. Maintaining high standard of Display, sanitation, hygiene & Ambiance in the stores.

13. Priority promotion of time to time merchandises and offers provided by organization.

14. Work on discipline setting for Daily Uniform (Black Trouser, Shirt (as provided by company), Black Belt & Black Shoes) a mandatory factor & Cleanliness.

15. To find ways to personalize service which meet with the patients unexpressed needs.

16. Motivate and help team mates to attain a high standard of patient Delight.

17. Keep the departments ambience patient friendly.

18. Taking orders ensure on time delivery along with follow up for payment of the same.

19. Contribution in Daily sales to lead store target.

20. Need to take care of each & every assets provided by the organisation and time to time maintenance of the same including Fittings, Marketing Tools, furniture & fixtures.

21. Take proper follow up calls with patients and need to clear the pending deliveries within 60days of order booking.

22. Take special care that each and every patient should receive the system generated Money Receipt and Bills without asking.

23. Need to get the feed Back register filled properly by the patient after delivery of the product.

24. Regular cold calling to the patients after 15 Days of dispensing.

25. Submission of on time Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as required by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Any graduate with prior experience in counter sales/inside sales.

-Fresher with Good communication can also apply.

-Previous experience in optical sales is a plus.

-Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
