Job Description

• Dispense and fit eyeglasses based on prescription requirements.
• Offer guidance and advice on various types of lenses, frames, and coatings to meet customer needs.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer information and prescription details for future use.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record customer information and prescription details accurately for future reference.
• Maintain inventory of eyewear products, accessories, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Keep abreast of latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology to make appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive eye care to patients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Dispensing Optician with relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of lenses, frames, and coatings.
• Proficiency in recording and maintaining accurate customer and prescription records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with eye care professionals.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Remuneration will be based on qualifications / experience and on mutual discussion
