COUNSELLOR - Patient Care Services

Location: Pune | Experience: 3-5 years | Employment Type: Full Time

Key Skills: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English. Telephone Etiquette, Polite, Presentable, Proficiency in MS Office.

Required Profile & Overall Duties

• You need to be a polite, courteous, well presented, patient, sensitive, self-motivated, competent, persuasive, dedicated and meticulous person.
• The responsibility will include handling the patient counseling services of our eye hospital.
• Proficient in patient care services, you need to have at least 3 years of experience in this domain.
• You need to possess the abilities to deliver high level Patient Care Services.
• Your skills need to include effective communication (written and spoken) in English, Marathi and Hindi and practical work experience of MS office.
• You will be much preferred if you possess prior experience in patient care services / working in a clinic or hospital
• Your remuneration will depend on the experience, skills and virtues you bring to the table.
• You will need to work in person. It is a full time position with a commitment period of minimum 3 years.
