As an Optical Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting prospective customers/clients and engaging with them in a friendly manner. - Encouraging customers to undergo eye-testing and understanding their prescription or requirements. - Providing expert advice on suitable spectacle frames and sunglasses based on individual needs. - Clearly explaining the features, advantages, and benefits of various products to customers. - Assisting customers in booking their orders and ensuring a smooth sales process. - Conducting after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are necessary: - Proven experience in selling spectacles, frames, lenses, and sunglasses. - In-depth product knowledge of lenses, frames, and sunglasses to provide accurate recommendations. - Ability to read and interpret prescriptions to fulfill customer requirements. - Strong cross-selling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
