Ops Support Assistant

As a Non Officer, Ops Support Assistant C04 Hybrid at Citi, your primary role will be to provide operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating team efforts, evaluating resource allocation, interacting with internal and external parties, monitoring work progress, and making decisions within established procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to staff regarding processes and operating procedures - Coordinate team efforts to maintain workflow efficiency - Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation - Interact with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues - Monitor work progress to meet business and quality standards - Assist in decision-making within established procedures - Support an array of products and services as the team subject matter expert - Assess risk when making business decisions in compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience - 0-2 years of cards or banking experience - Experience with Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Systems, and Learning and Development knowledge preferred - Proficient computer skills - Ability to adapt to new technology quickly - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Organization and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills In addition to your primary responsibilities, Citi is committed to supporting your growth and development through extensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leaders, and access to an array of learning and development resources.
