Ops Support Assistant

The Ops Support Assistant 4 position involves providing operations support services, such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various operational and client-facing teams. The primary goal is to offer day-to-day operational assistance in line with Citi's operational support infrastructure and procedures. Responsibilities: - Guide staff at all levels on processes and operating procedures under the unit manager's supervision - Coordinate team activities to ensure workflow efficiency, quality, and timeliness within the department - Assess equipment and staff resource allocation to identify and address potential workflow issues - Resolve issues and concerns by interacting with internal departments and external clients - Monitor work in progress to meet business and quality standards - Make decisions within established procedures that balance employee, company, and customer needs - Support a wide range of products and services and act as a subject matter expert for the team Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Systems, and Learning and Development concepts is preferred - Proficient in computer skills - Quick adaptation to new technologies - Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills consistently Education: High School diploma or equivalent Please note that this job description offers an overview of the typical tasks performed, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
