Ops Staff

As a Staff in MIS and Finance at EY, you will play an integral role in supporting periodic report outs of MIS and Finance functions across all Assurance areas and regions. Your responsibilities will include providing support on GDS Assurance PPEDD enablement, SSL/Initiative specific needs, and various other strategic projects internal to GDS Assurance. You will be expected to deliver high-quality support, demonstrate strong operational acumen, and excel in stakeholder management and business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a deep understanding of the company's data sources and structures. - Handle operations reporting for Finance, Growth and Planning, Service Delivery, and People work streams. - Provide support in AR follow-ups, Finance infrastructure setup, and Finance-related reporting. - Gather, clean, visualize, and work with large datasets effectively. - Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for creating dashboards. - Manage multiple inquiries in a deadline-driven environment. - Independently handle projects and collaborate effectively within a team. - Generate and distribute management reports accurately and timely. - Document MIS processes for operational efficiency. - Make recommendations to enhance current MIS for improved reporting efficiency. - Provide strong reporting and analytical support to the management team. - Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required. - Appreciate and contribute to a feedback-driven company culture. - Experience in working with people from diverse cultures or countries. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT) with basic knowledge of Alteryx & Power BI. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic project management skills. - Proficient in critical reasoning and problem-solving. - Effective planning and prioritizing abilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates/Postgraduates with 2-3 years of relevant reporting experience preferred. - Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. - Experience in collaborating with virtual teams. - Attention to detail and diligence in follow-up. - Ability to multitask on various projects. **Additional Details:** In addition to the specific job role, working at EY provides a dynamic and global environment through EY Global Delivery Services (GDS).
