Ops Manager & Senior Manager

You will be working for a TOP MNC in the US Residential Mortgage- Loan Origination sector. The job locations available are Bangalore and Hyderabad. You must possess strong people management skills to excel in this role. In Bangalore, the available positions are as follows: - Operational Manager: 10-20 years of experience, with a salary of 25LPA including Variables. You should have at least 2+ years of experience as a Manager or Senior Manager on paper. - Trainer (US Mortgage): 4-12 years of experience, with a salary of 10LPA including variables. In Hyderabad, the available positions are as follows: - Team Lead: 6-12 years of experience, with a salary of 10LPA including Variables. You must have 1+ years of experience as Team Lead or Assistant Manager on paper. - Assistant Manager: 8-14 years of experience, with a salary of 20LPA including Variables. You should have 2+ years of experience as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager on paper. - Senior Manager: 10-20 years of experience, with a salary of 30LPA including Variables. You should have 3+ years of experience as Manager or Senior Manager on paper. The notice period for this position ranges from Immediate to a maximum of 45 Days. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate and willing to work in US Shifts. It is essential to be flexible to work from the office all 5 days of the week.
