Sales Executive / Sales Manage

Location: New Delhi (Willingness to travel for exhibitions & events) Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
  • Represent RCasa at exhibitions and events, engaging with customers and ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  • Identify and onboard architects, interior designers, and stylists for long-term partnerships.

Drive sales through D2C and online channels, assisting customers with product queries and purchases.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and premium service standards.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the marketing and product teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Requirements

25 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury/home dcor/lifestyle brands.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel for exhibitions and client meetings.

A keen aesthetic sense and understanding of premium consumer behavior.
