Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an OPI/VRI Interpreter (Mandarin to English) at Zeeba H Solutions. The interpreter will be responsible for providing over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) and video remote interpretation (VRI) services between Mandarin and English. Daily tasks include interpreting conversations accurately and efficiently in various settings, including medical, legal, and business environments, while adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines. The interpreter will also be expected to handle calls professionally and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) and video remote interpretation (VRI)
• Excellent listening, memory retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to handle various interpretation scenarios with accuracy and efficiency
• HIPAA certification is required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
