Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality medical care to patients with eye-related issues, including cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, and OPD consultations. Conduct clinical diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans for various ophthalmological conditions. Manage patient flow in the outpatient department (OPD) and ensure timely follow-ups with patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient management services. Perform post-operative care and monitoring of patients undergoing ophthalmic surgeries. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience as an Ophthalmologist or equivalent qualification (DNB/MS/MD). Strong skills in Cataract, Glaucoma, OPD Consultation, Patient Management, Post-Operative Care, Clinical Diagnosis. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
