We are looking for a qualified and experienced Cataract Surgeon plus Glaucoma Specialist to join our hospital on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality ophthalmic care to patients, performing surgeries, and managing OPD and IPD patients effectively. Role & responsibilities: Perform cataract and glaucoma surgeries independently. Phaco Surgery hands on experience mandatory. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in OPD for cataract, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology cases. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care with diligence. Participate in hospital academic activities and discussions. Work closely with other consultants and the management team for smooth patient care delivery. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 4-5 years of experience post MS / DNB . In case of fellowship-trained candidates, minimum 2 years of independent practice post fellowship is required.

Role & responsibilities Diagnose and manage retinal and vitreous diseases using appropriate diagnostic tools and imaging. Perform retinal surgeries including vitrectomy , retinal detachment repair, intravitreal injections and laser procedures. Conduct detailed retinal evaluations using OCT, Pentacam and other imaging techniques. Provide post-operative follow-up and manage complications effectively. Collaborate with the general ophthalmology and optometry teams for comprehensive patient management. Participate in clinical discussions, training sessions, and hospital academic activities.
