JGM Hospital is inviting applications for a specialist Ophthalmologist with strong expertise in cataract surgeries to strengthen and lead our Eye Care Department. Candidates holding diplomas in ophthalmology will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Perform specialized cataract surgeries and other ophthalmic procedures (Glaucoma, Pterygium, etc.) Conduct OPD consultations, diagnosis & treatment planning Deliver post-operative care & regular patient follow-ups Contribute to departmental development & patient education Requirements DNB/MS in Ophthalmology (Diploma holders strongly encouraged to apply) Proven expertise in cataract and related surgeries Strong decision-making & communication skills Preferred: 1+ years of relevant experience (fresh diploma/degree holders also welcome)
