Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing batch operations, data management, troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring safety compliance, process improvement, and collaborating with team members in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and perform batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems. - Accurately record critical information (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into the database during batch execution, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Identify and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes effectively. - Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any accidents or safety violations. - Assist in planning and enhancing processes and product quality. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful completion of the production process. - Meet the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing appropriate safety gear. Qualification Required: Basic/Minimum Qualifications: - Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar operational role. - Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma/ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating PLC/SCADA systems. - Data Accuracy: Ability to accurately record and input data into databases. - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in a production environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. - Troubleshooting Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing production equipment and process challenges. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities. - Process Improvement Experience: Demonstrated experience in initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.
