Operator/ Executive

As a VTC Mfg-MR 2, your role will involve the maintenance of various process equipments such as Vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps, Fermenters, Filling line AHUs, etc. You are expected to have knowledge of QMS elements including Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation, as well as SOP preparation, updation, and implementation. Familiarity with a Digital documentation system, preferably Trackwise, is desired for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute maintenance works of process equipments with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT). - Prepare and track the plant budget effectively. - Develop CAPEX proposals for necessary projects. - Verify designs to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Coordinate and execute Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and Invoice processing. - Utilize the SAP system for various operational tasks. - Understand and utilize the CCMS (Computerized Calibration & PM Management System), preferably SAP system CCMS. Qualifications Required: - Relevant educational background or work experience in the maintenance of process equipments and QMS elements. - Proficiency in SOP preparation, Digital documentation systems, and Trackwise. - Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively. - Familiarity with SAP system and CCMS will be an added advantage.,
