Operator- Cleaning and Sanitation

Function/Department : Production (Hygiene) Global Job Grade Job Title: Sanitation Operator Region : APMEA Global Job Grade : 01 Position Summary: Responsibilities and Accountabilities: oResponsible for all line cleaning (PIC & PEC) and sanitation task and ensure hygienic condition in plant as well defined outside plant area oCleaning verification of the plant on a daily, weekly and after a cleaning cycle. oManagement of causal team to work efficiently and effectively. oResponsible for managing chemicals and cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, protective clothing, protective equipment s oTrain causal as per JSA (Job Safety Analysis). oUpdate and maintain of all cleaning and sanitation records. oPerforms other duties as assigned by Area leader & Sanitation manager. oWork closely with Quality and production team to ensure actions are taken for all the identified areas.

oParticipate in periodic sanitation verification and validation programmers. Requirements: Academic: Must have: Minimum Graduation (Preferable Science), food technologist OR should have minimum 1 year experience of Food Industry Basic Computer skills- MS Word, Excel & Power point Authorities: Budget: Partial management Managing People (# of direct reports): Nil or as and when required. Other: Total leading manpower casuals: 10-15 casual/shift Global Job Descriptions Competencies: Critical TECHNICAL (Function-Specific) Competencies: oCandidates should good knowledge of food processing. oShould have sound knowledge on cleaning and sanitation variability. oShould report incidents, material loss by improper handling or behavior to Area leader & Sanitation Manager. oHave knowledge of 5S, Kaizen oShould sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, utilization and control. oAble to work in shift duties.
