Operations Support Specialist

Your role will involve providing support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with ELT members and the administration team - Gather necessary information to create ELT Agendas - Take detailed notes during ELT meetings and assign action items - Utilize PowerPoint skills to create impactful presentations - Schedule interviews efficiently and consolidate feedback - Anticipate next steps and create reproducible processes - Craft clear communications for a large audience Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant in a global organization - Exposure to working with C-Suite and VP level professionals across different regions - Comfortable working in evening shifts EXO Edge is a prominent provider of Accounting, Legal, Technology, and Business Support Services to the global Real Estate industry.
