Operations Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operations support for production and staging environments.
  
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot

  Kubernetes clusters

  and deployments.
• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  , perform database maintenance, and ensure data integrity.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve system reliability.
  
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and enhance system stability.
  
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
  

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Operations / Production Support.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL

  (query optimization, debugging, troubleshooting).
• Hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes

  (cluster management, pods, services, deployments).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
  
• Good understanding of Linux systems, monitoring tools, and automation.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
