About the job: Key Responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day operational workflows and ensure timely execution of tasks 2. Oversee machine performance tracking, stock coordination, and client delivery schedules 3. Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a small team of Operations Interns and Executives 4. Create SOPs, training plans, and feedback loops to ensure team efficiency and growth 5. Assist the Founder in high-priority tasks, research, planning, and scheduling 6. Track action items, coordinate with vendors and clients, and support new initiatives 7. Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements 8. Drive automation and smarter workflows wherever possible 9. Act as a bridge between operations, sales, supply chain, and tech teams 10.
