Operations specialist

Key Responsibilities:

●     Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing queries and providing regular updates.

●     Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.

●     Provide guidance on processes, timelines, and expectations.

●     Assist students in resolving academic challenges by coordinating with the respective teams.

●     Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to offer support when needed.

●     Address and resolve student complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

●     Act as a mediator between students and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
