1. Reservations & Ticketing Executive – Mumbai

Job Description:
Join our team as a Reservations & Ticketing Executive! You will handle domestic & international bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), issue & re-issue tickets, manage refunds, and provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in travel reservations & ticketing, etc
• Proficiency in GDS systems & excellent communication skills

2. Operations Executive – Travel & Tourism (Mumbai)

Job Description:
We are hiring an Operations Executive to design customised itineraries, sell holiday packages, manage travel bookings, and deliver excellent client service. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling queries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism/Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in travel operations or holiday packages sales
• Knowledge of travel destinations & booking tools, MS Office proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
