Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our cafeteria branches in Panvel, Raigad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring overall set up coordination, smooth workflow of operations, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in food service operations and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient workflow from procurement to service. Staff Supervision & Training: Recruit, train, and manage cafeteria staff to maintain high service standards. Food Quality & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols. Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of packaged and fresh food. Customer Experience: Address customer feedback and continuously improve the dining experience. Financial Oversight: Track expenses, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations. Technology & Automation: Implement and oversee POS systems, RFID payment solutions, and operational software for efficiency. Expansion Support: Assist in the transition from packaged food to fresh meal offerings, optimizing processes along the way. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in operations management within the F&B, hospitality, or cafeteria industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience in vendor management, cost control, and inventory oversight. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges efficiently. Familiarity with RFID-based payment systems and POS software is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
