What you’ll do:

• Manage daily operations, faculty, and student coordination
• Drive efficiency, process improvements, and quality control
• Prepare actionable reports & work directly with the Co-Founder
• Lead a small team and ensure flawless execution

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years in operations/program coordination (EdTech preferred)
• Strong reporting & people management skills
• Hustler mindset: hands-on, action-oriented, ownership-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
