Job Description

You will be responsible for the validation of original property documents, maintaining and tracking them, and handing them off to vendors for storage. Additionally, you will analyze and publish LAP Monitoring MISs. Key Responsibilities: - Region wise Annexure D preparation - Monitoring the status of original property documents not received - Coordinating with vendors for the storage of original property documents - Ensuring less than 1% spread rate - Checking CKYC status - Monitoring welcome kit status - Tracking CERSAI status - Managing OPD Query MIS and conducting comparisons - Reviewing ROC charge creation - Monitoring PDD (Post Disbursement Document) compliance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Prior experience in property document validation and management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with LAP Monitoring MISs and related processes,
