Job Description

Key Qualifications

1. Education: ( Preferred )Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Experience: (Preferred) Relevant experience in administration, tourism, or hospitality can be beneficial.

3. Organizational Skills: (MUST REQUIRED) Strong organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple tasks.

4. Communication Skills: ( REQUIRED )Excellent communication skills for interacting with tourists, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

1. Administrative Proficiency: Competence in administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, and data management.

2. Customer Service: Ability to provide good customer service to tourists and stakeholders.

3. Language Skills: Proficiency in local language(s) and possibly other languages like English, depending on the tourism office's clientele.

4. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office), tourism management systems, and possibly booking platforms.

5. Problem-Solving: Capability to handle queries and issues related to tourism services or information.

Responsibilities

1. Information Provision: Providing tourists with information on local attractions, accommodations, and activities.

2. Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks for the tourism office, like scheduling meetings or managing correspondence.

3. Coordination: Coordinating with local and outstation tourism stakeholders, like hotels, tour operators, and attractions.

4. Promotional Activities: Assisting in promoting local tourism through various channels.

5. Data Management: Managing data related to tourism statistics, inquiries, or office operations.

NO CONSTRAINT IN SALARY FOR CANDIDATES WITH MAXIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
