We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our sports operations in Jalandhar. You'll manage facility operations, event coordination, logistics, and a small team. If you have 5-6 years of sports operations experience, excellent organizational skills, and are based in Jalandhar, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of progressive experience in operations management within the sports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing sports events.
• Strong understanding of sports industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
• Must be based in Jalandhar
