Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Contract Bazaar, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery function in the legal services domain. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of client assignments, and leading the operations team to monitor performance, TATs, and workload distribution. Additionally, you will handle escalations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams, as well as work on improving processes, implementing SOPs, and driving service quality. Conducting training & development and supporting performance reviews will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations in the legal services domain - Ensure timely delivery of client assignments - Lead the operations team and monitor performance, TATs, and workload distribution - Handle escalations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams - Improve processes, implement SOPs, and drive service quality - Conduct training & development and support performance reviews Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery (KPO/BPO/LPO/Consulting/Professional Services) - Minimum 2 years in a team lead/manager role - Strong experience in performance tracking, TAT management, and workflow optimization - Legal services exposure is a plus, though not mandatory If you are from operations, service delivery, process management, or team leadership backgrounds, this role could be a great fit for you.
