We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Cafeteria Operations (Full-Time) | Gracias Dining | Hyderabad (GMR RGIA)

Gracias Dining is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and manage cafeteria operations across client sites. * Initial Work Location: GMR RGIA, Hyderabad

* CTC: ₹6 – ₹7.5 LPA

* Travel: Frequent travel required between client sites and partner kitchens.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of two cafeterias for one of our key clients. You will lead a team of 4–5 operations executives, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen partners, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach your team of executives to deliver excellence in food service.

Maintain healthy working relationships with clients and kitchen partners.

Ensure food quality, quantity, taste, and service standards are consistently met.

Ensure profitability for both Gracias Dining and our partner kitchens.

Monitor and prevent billing counter leakages; uphold billing hygiene.

Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all client and partner communication.

Drive coordination across multiple stakeholders – clients, kitchens, internal departments, and management.

Proven experience in managing field operations or F&B services is a plus.
