Operations Manager - Fintech

As an Operations Manager in the Fintech industry based in Noida, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, leading process improvements, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes. Your role will involve leading client operations and driving process execution to ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, managing both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery, reporting, and escalations. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3-8 years of operations experience, preferably with a graduate degree (MBA preferred). Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel. Being tech-savvy and having programming skills will be considered a plus.
