Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Executive with 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry to manage and optimize day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering and a strong background in production planning, process optimization, and supply chain coordination. This role requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Process Optimization:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow in production.

Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement and reduce stock shortages.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to enhance supply chain performance.

Reduce waste and inefficiencies through cost-effective operational strategies.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in all operations.

Conduct periodic audits to identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices to enhance overall operational performance.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare reports on production performance and key operational metrics.

Assist management in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.

Work closely with finance, procurement, and design teams to align operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years in operations management within the automotive industry.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
