Operations Manager Agri Services / FaaS

As an Operations Manager at Niqo Robotics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management, managing budgets and financial reports, and coordinating with different departments to streamline workflow. With 5-8 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to revolutionizing the way farming is undertaken in India and the world. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and supervising the deployment of machines under the FaaS model to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to farmers. You will be required to identify and evaluate high-potential operational areas for expanding FaaS offerings based on crop patterns, demand, and market readiness. Additionally, managing and supporting Village-Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and field operators to ensure smooth operations, adherence to service quality standards, and regular training will be part of your role. You will be responsible for forecasting and managing spare parts inventory proactively to ensure timely availability for routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Leading pre-season preparedness activities such as farmer awareness meetings, field demonstrations, and demand generation campaigns will be essential to build a strong customer base. Collaboration with the Head Office (HO) team, providing ground-level insights, executing central strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals will also be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring daily field operations, tracking machine performance and utilization, and sharing structured reports and updates with the HO team for transparency and planning purposes will be critical for the success of the operations.
