Profile: Operations & Management Intern

Stipend Bands:

1. 23 K per month, If - Mon-Fri, working days option chosen.

2. 25 K per month, If - Mon-Sat, working days option chosen.

Internship Duration – 3 to 4 months (Flexible)

Work From Office/ On-Site (Full-time)

Note- WFH option not available.

Expected Joining Date: Last week of November - 1st week of December 2025.

Eligibility - Fresh Graduates from Kolkata Colleges (St. Xavier's, BESC, SSC, JDBI, will be preferred) with 0 to 1 year of experience may apply.

About Us

Week’nd, an online consumer services and experiences booking startup, launching in Tier-1 Indian Cities.

Top-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with pay bands of ₹3.6 LPA, ₹4.8 LPA, and ₹6 LPA, based on performance and contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operations, initiating & managing customer bookings, coordination with clients.

Support HR, Finance team with insights. Customer feedback & refund management.

Other Requirements

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic Proficiency in MS Office.
