Supervise and coordinate new cinema project works including electrical, HVAC, sound & projection installations, and interior finishing.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal teams during project execution.
Ensure timely completion, quality control, and proper handover of new projects to the operations team.
Manage AMC vendors for specialized systems (projection, HVAC, DG sets, etc.).
Monitor performance, verify service reports, and ensure adherence to SOPs and schedules.
Identify and appoint vendors for new projects and maintenance requirements.
Hands-on experience in cinema projects and maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of Projection and Sound Systems (mandatory).
Excellent understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
