We are looking for back office trainee to join our team.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage vendors and coordinate procurement activities
Engage with clients and support relationship management
Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow execution
Support new client acquisition activities
Handle inbound inquiries and route inquiries to vendors
Prepare comparisons for vendor quotations
Draft and send quotations to customers
Prepare purchase orders upon receipt from customers and forward them to vendors
Coordinate logistics and delivery processes
Prepare delivery challans
Generate invoices
Prepare e-way bills
Update and maintain product warranty records
