Operations - Intern

As an Operations/Program Ops Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of the Program Ops Team. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting various aspects of program operations, including managing website content, ensuring a seamless user experience, and assisting in program launches. This role will offer you exposure to project management, communication, and collaboration with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update website pages and landing pages using HubSpot. - Review and edit website content to ensure grammar, accuracy, and brand alignment. - Conduct quality audits to identify and rectify errors. - Test website program flow to detect and address user experience issues. - Update and maintain program collaterals such as brochures, emails, and offer letters. - Support program launches and assist in ongoing project tasks. - Handle product/tech queries and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Occasionally provide design support in coordination with the design team. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or higher qualification. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Proficient in written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with MS Office is essential; knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CMS is advantageous. - Ability to adapt quickly, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in product and project management will be beneficial for this role.
