Operations Intern

Our Startup Edutech requires energetic, willing-to-learn operational specialists to perform multiple tasks including market research, student & tutor onboarding, cold-call marketing, occasional sales call, data entry, making profiles on the website, content correction & proofreading, etc.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on backend software systems.
• Assists in creating performance reports
• Maintains database by entering new and updated tutor, studio & student account information.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
• Flexible work schedule
• Should be willing to network, take increasing amount of responsibility, be effective in communication, assist and contribute to the team
• Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Research, and help enrol new counsellors, educators, practitioner
• Perform market research and formulate marketing strategies to acquire new students & customers
• Perform multiple operational tasks to help grow business

Having Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
