Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant located in Kolkata, with some work from home allowed. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing daily operations, analyzing data, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting operations management tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with clients.
