You will be joining a dynamic B2B Travel Tech startup that is revolutionizing the travel industry by providing travel agents with a seamless booking experience for flights, hotels, and holidays. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and end-to-end travel solutions, the company has achieved over INR 1000 crore+ GMV and is experiencing rapid growth. **Role Overview:** As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling all bookings and business operations, collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure timely responses to queries, managing post-booking operations, handling feedback and escalations from customers and vendors, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also be required to complete agent KYC in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage all bookings and business operations - Coordinate with suppliers for timely responses and smooth post-booking operations - Handle feedback and escalations from customers and vendors - Ensure customer delight - Complete agent KYC promptly **Qualifications Required:** - Ethical, hardworking, and passionate about startups - Strong problem-solving skills - Good understanding of various business verticals - Disciplined and process-oriented - Quick decision-making abilities - Willingness to learn and grow - Available for a 6-month commitment **Additional Details:** Located in Connaught Place, Delhi, the work timings are from 9:30 until the day's tasks are completed. This role offers a high level of ownership in a fast-paced environment with a flat organizational structure that promotes a great culture free from hierarchy and politics. Expect to work 10-12 hours daily, including Saturdays. The company emphasizes a customer-centric approach, effective communication with clients, strong ownership of tasks, and good negotiation skills. You can enhance your business acumen and negotiation skills while contributing to the company's growth. The position is not suitable for individuals uncomfortable with tight timelines, lack of discipline, handling customer queries, working long hours, or unwillingness to work on Saturdays.
