Role Highlights:
* Oversee multi-outlet operations and team leadership
* Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and SOP adherence
* Coordinate with central kitchen on daily stock and production needs
* Lead rollout of operational systems (POS, digital attendance, reporting)
* Track KPIs: cost control, wastage, customer feedback, team productivity
* Partner with founders on new launches, hiring, and campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
* Café/F&B/hospitality background (QSR or bakery a bonus)
* Strong in systems, people management, and training
* Fluent in English, Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
* Energetic, structured, and ready to build processes

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
