Role Description

We are building Lumiere’s next phase as a premium experiential travel brand, and we are looking for a calm, detail-oriented professional who can support multiple functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being the reliable backbone of a team — someone who is adaptable, organised, and comfortable learning different parts of the business.

What this role involves:

• Supporting daily operations, documentation, and backend coordination

• Assisting in preparing proposals, costing inputs, and maintaining registers

• Coordinating with hotels/vendors and following up on service delivery

• Helping with guest communication when required

• Providing general support across sales, operations, and admin tasks

• Working closely with the leadership team to keep processes flowing smoothly

Who will succeed in this role:

• Someone calm, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi ideal)

• Comfortable working in a structured system and following SOPs

• Quick learner with good common sense

• Team-first personality

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, coordination, admin, or customer-facing roles preferred.
