Role Overview

experienced and proactive Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end operations for outbound tour packages from booking to final travel document delivery.
  
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport partners for reservations and confirmations.
  
• Manage payment schedules, follow up on supplier invoices, and ensure smooth booking flow.
  
• Prepare and verify travel proposals, service vouchers, itineraries, and final travel documents.
  
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery of documents to clients.
  
• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, confirmations, and payment status.
  
• Resolve operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
  
• Communicate closely with sales and accounts teams for booking status and financial reconciliation.
  
• Provide destination and product support to sales executives when required.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  
• Minimum

  2 to 5 years of experience in outbound travel operations

  (B2C preferred).
• Strong knowledge of destinations like

  Dubai, SE Asia, Central Asia, Kerala, India beach destinations, Mauritius, Maldives.

• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  
• Hands-on experience working with DMCs, consolidators, and suppliers.
  
• Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
