Job Title: Travel Sales Executive B2C Sales (Outbound Tours) Location: Sector 102, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Experience: 1 to 7 Years Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads and client inquiries into confirmed holiday bookings. This is a target-based sales role focused on outbound international holiday packages. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound travel leads from various channels (Google Ads, Social Media, Referrals) Understand client requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages (FIT and group tours) Prepare customized itineraries and quotations Follow up with leads, address queries, and convert into confirmed bookings Maintain detailed records of conversations and sales progress in CRM Meet a minimum sales target of 15 confirmed bookings per month Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs to ensure smooth execution of tours Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-travel feedback Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to qualify for bonuses Ensure warm hospitality for visiting clients by offering water, tea, or coffee and creating a welcoming office environment Incentive Structure: Quarterly Bonus: 3% of net profit on sales, applicable upon meeting the monthly sales target Yearly Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus No field sales 100% office-based job Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Marketing) Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound travel sales; experience with UAE, Southeast Asia, or Central Asia destinations is a plus Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Familiarity with travel products, hotel bookings, and visa requirements Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Personality Traits: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Work Location: Sector 102, Gurgaon (This is a full-time, work-from-office role.
