Job Description

As an Operations Executive at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of tour packages and travel-related services. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, supporting clients, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and coordinate various tour packages, both domestic and international. - Ensure all aspects of the tour (transportation, accommodation, guides, etc.) are arranged and executed as per the itinerary. - Handle customer requests and queries related to tour operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Liaise with travel suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. - Manage travel logistics, including booking transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours. - Provide assistance to customers during their tours, promptly addressing any issues or concerns. - Prepare regular reports on tour operations, client feedback, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the travel and tourism industry. - Strong knowledge of tour operations, travel logistics, and vendor management. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems. - Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric approach with attention to detail. Desirable Skills: - Experience with international tour operations. - Knowledge of travel industry regulations and best practices. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
