Your role will also involve liaising with travel suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Maintaining and building strong relationships with vendors and service providers will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing travel logistics, including booking transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours, to ensure smooth operations. You will prepare and manage schedules for tour groups, monitor all logistical arrangements, and address any issues promptly to avoid disruptions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of tour operations, travel logistics, and vendor management is essential. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems is necessary, as well as the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
