Job Description

Job Title: Operations Executive

Role Overview: The Operations Executive will be the backbone of execution at Lantrn, ensuring all client deliverables, internal processes, and team workflows run seamlessly. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day client operations and internal coordination.
Create and maintain trackers, reports, and checklists for active projects.
Ensure deadlines are met by coordinating between marketing, design, and video teams.
Monitor execution quality across campaigns, shoots, and deliverables.
Act as a bridge between management and execution teams.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to take ownership and ensure accountability.
Previous experience in agency operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
