Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support on-ground verification and documentation processes. The role involves conducting KYC verifications, handling financial documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications in line with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Visit client locations to collect, verify, and validate required documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of submitted KYC forms.
• Perform verification of KYC, loan, and other financial documents.
• Execute data entry tasks accurately for client and verification records.
• Manage high volumes of verification work while maintaining attention to detail.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Provide regular field updates and maintain proper verification records.

Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in Banking, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), or ARCs (Asset Reconstruction Companies) is highly preferred.
• Strong document verification and financial process knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
