Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for daily performance testing, system initialization, monitoring race day operations, and normal day-end reports. Responsible for input of all information to the system, and for making any manual adjustments required insuring that the system operates properly. Responsible for opening up wagers and locking out wagers. Perform up-to-date data entry of horsemen information. Providing support on issues and processes relating to horse racing. Reviewing and escalating horse racing-related issues or queries that are raised into Operations. Responsible for communication links to track locations. Responsible for executing established procedures in emergency situations. Efficiently and accurately processes all pari-mutuel wages in the system. Required Candidate profile -Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with end users -Strong phone, computer, and data entry skills with demonstrated attention to detail -Good knowledge of all gaming products, game types, and platforms. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually. -Interest in keeping up to date with technology and the ability to understand technical specifications. -Ability to follow instructions and think logically when faced with a problem. -Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
